Pyramid Sinker Mould

Our Pyramid Sinker Moulds create Pyramid Sinkers.

Pyramid Sinkers are ideal for:

• Surf and pier fishing: The pyramid shape allows it to "stick" into the sand when cast from the shore or a pier. They hold the bait steady even with incoming waves and tides.
• Anchoring in strong currents: The streamlined shape helps it sink quickly. Its flat sides prevent it from rolling in fast-moving water.
• Muddy bottoms: Similar to sand, the sinker will dig into soft, muddy bottoms to prevent the bait from being moved. 

How they work:

• Digging in: When the sinker hits the bottom, the point goes down into the sand or mud. The flat sides act like anchors.
• Holding power: The sinker's weight and design hold it in place, so the bait remains stationary. This is ideal for "bottom fishing" or "bait and wait" tactics.
